At St. George, we honor the diversity of our families and celebrate the contributions each culture adds to the fabric of our community, both at St. George and in our city, nation, and world. This month, we focus on Black history and remember the many men, women, and organizations that have or do lift up others with their gifts, talents, and advocacy. I am attaching a list of city-wide events for your perusal as you as parents are the primary teachers and model respect and appreciation of all the cultures by participating in events such as these. https://www.parentmap.com/article/black-history-month-events-seattle-kids-families.
