Roles & Responsibilities
Communication
Act as a liaison between teachers, parents, and the PTA, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Field Trips
Assist with organizing and chaperoning class field trips, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Classroom Support
Offer assistance to teachers, organize volunteers, and coordinate class events or activities.

Fundraising
Support school fundraising initiatives and encourage parent participation.

Celebrations
Plan and execute class celebrations, birthday parties, or other special events.
Staff Appreciation
Coordinate efforts to show appreciation for teachers and staff, such as organizing lunches or recognition events.
Auction Art Project
Collaborate on creating a unique class art project for school auctions.

Special Projects
Take on additional responsibilities or projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the classroom and school community.
Meeting Participation
Attend monthly PTA meetings, taking notes and sharing important information with the class.
Social Media Content
Room Parents contribute to the school's online community by creating and sharing engaging content on social media platforms.
Grade-Level Events
Facilitate or contribute to grade-level events, fostering a sense of community among parents.
Staff Appreciation
Coordinate efforts to show appreciation for teachers and staff, such as organizing lunches or recognition events.
Important Duties
Halloween Carnival
Room Parents are responsible for hosting a Halloween booth for your grade, infuse creativity and fun into the school's festivities.
Auction
Boosting school spirit by promoting the auction, rallying families to participate, and orchestrating a class auction art project. Join the excitement! 🌟🎨
Staff Lunch
Spreading smiles by hosting a staff lunch once a year. Each grade takes turns on the first Friday of the month (half-day) to express appreciation for our amazing staff.
Attend Parents Club Meetings
At least 2 room parents is required to attend the monthly Parents Club Meetings.
