Teaching is a lifelong process of learning. It has been my pleasure to learn from parents, the community, colleagues, and especially from students, who have taught me to approach each day anew. My teaching background includes experience from kindergarten to high school, in both Catholic and public schools.

I grew up in New York City, graduated from Northeastern University and received my teaching certification from New Jersey City University. I have completed graduate coursework in Special Education at Hunter College and Rutgers University, and Dyslexia Specialist training at Fairleigh Dickenson University.

My interests include swimming, hiking, gardening, baking, and reading.
