Ensuring You Receive Important School Communications
We want to make sure you receive important school communications and can log in using the email address you used for registration. As part of improving communication, we are transitioning to sending all school-related emails through our website. This will help:

Streamline communication – Fewer emails and all updates in one place.

Ensure accessibility – Easy access to past newsletters and announcements.

Enhance security – Member-only access to important resources.

Improve tracking – We can monitor email delivery and engagement.

Each week, two newsletters are posted to the school website. When that happens, the site will automatically send an email notification to let you know a new update is available. a new update is available.

Having Trouble Receiving School Emails?
We’re here to help! If you’re not receiving emails from St. George Parish School, it might be due to how your email provider filters messages. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot based on your email provider.

✅ Step 1: Check Your Spam, Junk, or Promotions Folder

Look in your Spam, Junk, or Promotions (for Gmail) folder. Note: All communications are sent from: 📧 St. George Parish School (no-reply@saintgeorgeseattle.org).

If you find a school email there, mark it as “Not Spam” or “Move to Inbox”.

✉️ Step 2: Whitelist Our Email Address

Make sure the school's email address is on your safe senders list. Add: no-reply@saintgeorgeseattle.org
-
This is the address most of our official school communications come from.

📧 Troubleshooting by Email Provider
Gmail (Google Mail)

Open Gmail.
-
Search for no-reply@saintgeorgeseattle.org.

If you find it in Spam or Promotions:
-
Open the email.
-
Click the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner.
-
Select "Filter messages like this".
-
Click "Create filter".
-
Check “Never send it to Spam” and “Categorize as: Primary”.

Click “Create filter”.
-

Add to contacts:
-
Hover over the sender's name.
-
Click "Add to Contacts".
-
Outlook / Hotmail / MSN
-
Go to your Inbox or Junk folder.
-
If you find the email in Junk:
-
Right-click on it and choose “Mark as not junk”.

Add to Safe Senders:
-
Click the gear icon ⚙️ > View all Outlook settings.
-
Go to Mail > Junk email.
-
Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.

Yahoo Mail
-
Check your Spam folder.
-
If found there, open the email and click “Not Spam”.

Add to contacts:
-
Hover over the sender's name.
-
Click “Add to contacts”.

Create a filter (optional):
-
Go to Settings ⚙️ > More settings.

Click Filters > Add new filters.
-
Set the filter to direct all emails from no-reply@saintgeorgeseattle.org to your Inbox.

Apple Mail (iCloud, mac.com, me.com)

Open Mail.
-
Search for emails from no-reply@saintgeorgeseattle.org.

If found in Junk:
-
Move them to Inbox.

Add to VIPs or Contacts:
-
Click on the sender’s name.
-
Choose “Add to Contacts”.
-
Optionally, add the sender as a VIP to prioritize.

Comcast/Xfinity
-
Sign in to Xfinity Connect.
-
Click the gear icon > Settings > Advanced Settings.

Under Email Safe List, add no-reply@saintgeorgeseattle.org.
-
Check Spam folder and mark school emails as “Not Spam”.
AOL Mail
-
Open your AOL mailbox.
-
Go to the Spam folder.
-
If you find a school email:

Select it and click “Not Spam”.

Add the sender to your contacts:

Click the contact icon.

If you’ve completed the steps above and you're still not receiving school emails, please:

Double-check which email address was submitted during school registration.
