St. George Parish School is proud to collaborate once again with our South Seattle Parish Family Day of Service. Save the date and get ready for another great day of serving together.  

Pervious year, over350 parishioners—adults, teens, and youth—from Our Lady of Guadalupe, Holy Rosary and our South Seattle Parish Family spent a few hours serving communities in need across the greater Seattle area.

One of the projects was led by Deacon Joey DeLeon from St. Paul and supported the Seattle Seafarers Ministry. These men and women spend up to nine months a year at sea, away from their families and basic conveniences, ensuring that we receive the goods transported from around the world.  With 25 projects last year, there was something for every age, ability, and schedule—including at-home options and a dedicated project for Middle Schoolers and High Schoolers.
