I love being part of the Saint George School.  As your Teacher Librarian, I have the unique opportunity to interact weekly with ALL of the students from Caterpillars up through Eighth Grade.  A true Northwesterner, I was born and raised in Burien.  I double majored in Elementary Education and Special Education at Central Washington University, and I earned my Masters of Administration at George Mason University in Virginia.  I married a US Marine, and we moved often.  Working in various schools across the US gave me an eclectic mix of teaching experiences with students from kindergarten up to high school.  After my husband retired we resettled back in the Seattle area with our son to be closer to family and friends.  As a family we love to travel, eat good food and plan our next adventure.
