Why It’s Important

St. George School has streamlined how we send school communications to make it more efficient, organized, and user-friendly. We have transitioned our email communication from the school website to ensure:

• Fewer emails, more organization – Reducing duplicate messages and keeping everything in one place.

• Searchable & accessible – You can easily find past newsletters and reminders.

• Better analytics – We can track email opens and engagement to improve communication effectiveness.

• Upcoming Parent Hub – A secure, members-only space for exclusive school information.

What Communications You Will Receive

We send out important updates using different methods:

1. Newsletters – Weekly school updates posted online, delivered via email.

2. One-off reminders – Time-sensitive announcements sent as marketing emails.

3. Parent Hub (Coming Soon) – A private, members-only area with important school resources.

How to Ensure You Receive Emails

If you are not receiving emails from the school, follow these steps:

1) Search for the Email

Do a quick search in your inbox for an email from:
📧 info@pr01.wixemails.com (on behalf of St. George School - Development Office)

1A) If You Find the Email:

✔ In Spam/Junk – Mark the email as "Not Spam." ✔ In Promotions Tab (Gmail Users) – Drag it into your Primary inbox. Gmail will ask: “Do this for future messages from info@pr01.wixemails.com?” Click "Yes." ✔ Add to Contacts – Add info@pr01.wixemails.com to your contacts (See step-by-step guide below).

1B) Add to Safe Senders

2) If You Don't Find the Email in Your Inbox:

📩 Email us at: support@saintgeorgeseattle.org to request a reset of your account.

2A) Once Your Account is Reset:

Follow the instructions here to:

• Sign up as a site member

• Verify your email

• Sign in to receive emails

We will provide a step-by-step guide to help you through the process.

What is the Parent Hub? (Coming Soon)

We are introducing a secure, members-only Parent Hub, where families can access important resources that should not be available to the public.

✅ Why do I need to sign in? Some content is only meant for parents/guardians of St. George School. To protect student privacy and provide a more personalized experience, only approved site members will have access.
