Safe Environment Training

All parents must complete a background check and participate in the safe environment class conducted by the Archdiocese of Seattle. Please see the attached letter that explains how parents can be cleared to help out at school in order to fulfill their 40 service hours. See below for ideas on where you can help.

• Gym Gate Monitor 7:35AM-8:00 PM I am looking for a parent(s) to stand at the gym gate every morning from 7:40-800 as monitors to the playground during morning drop off. This will allow us to have two entrances for the students in the morning. You can earn service hours by helping out one, two or all 5 days a week. If you are interested let me know.

• Lunch and Recess Duty 11:45-1:00 We need 3 parents daily from 11:45-1:00 to help the littles in the cafeteria and provide more adults on the playground for recess support.

• Art Ms. Metzelaar would love to have a parent or two assisting in art classes for K-5 Mondays 12:30-3:00 (Grades K, 3) and Fridays 10:00 -3:00 (Grades 2, 5, 1, 4)

• CYO coaches: Cross Country, Soccer, basketball, volleyball, track and field
