Dear St. George Families,
WOW! What a wonderful Multicultural Fair! Many thanks to all the cooks, servers, helpers, dancers and for those who dressed up in their cultural outfits. It was so wonderful to see everyone come out to share their culture and learn about others. Humanity will grow in mutual respect by building connections and relationships with others. It is our faith in God that draws us together, and it is our loving relationships with each other that makes St. George a home for us all.
Congratulations to our students in second and third grade who receive their First Holy Communion at Mass last Sunday. We invite them to wear their white clothes for a special communion this Friday at the school Mass, too.
We invite you tomorrow for the May Crowning Mass. Students are invited to bring a flower for the procession into Mass.
School gets out at NOON tomorrow. For those who ordered pizza from Grade 7, they can pick up their pizza at dismissal.
We have 5 ½ weeks of school to go! Please remind your children that we still have lots of lessons to finish and that they need to maintain their focus. We are in the last stretch of the marathon and we want to finish strong. Schools starts at 7:55: please work to get your students to school on time and fully prepared for the day.
We still have spaces open in Preschool, PreK, Kindergarten and Grade 3. Help us spread the word! Get a friend to enroll and earn $200 in credit
Our business office has sent out final statements for Fundraising and Service hours. Be sure to send in your forms that explain how you did you service after each event. All final payments are due May 31, 2023.
We still have spaces available for St. George kids Grades Preschool – 6th for Summer School. We are accepting Catholic students for Grades K-5 from our sister schools. Help your kids keep their academic skills sharp over the summer
