Dear St. George Families,
Happy Easter Season! During these 40 days before the Ascension of Jesus, we are comforted by His appearances and listen to his sending us out in ministry to proclaim the good news. “Blessed are those who never see ME and yet they still believe.” John 20:29.
Tonight’s the last night for the Tutta Bella fundraiser! Make it an easy night for yourself and get take out. Its aseasyaspiesaintgeorge!
Fr. Scott’s birthday is Saturday, April 20th. The school is creating a BASKET OF LOVE to give him on April 21st at the 10:30 Mass at St. George. He will be celebrating First Communion that day with our parish families. Each class is making cards. I invite you parents to send in birthday cards, notes, gift cards to dinners, Starbucks, etc. by Thursday April 18th. We want to let him know how important he is to our community and that we care about him.
Next week, our business office will be sending family updates for FUNDRAISING and SERVICE HOURS completed thus far by what you have sent in so far. These will be brought home by your youngest child in K-8. Be sure to send in your forms listing what services you fulfilled at the school.
