Class News

Progress Reports will be sent home tomorrow for the mid-trimester. We're already halfway through the year! They are the same forms from the fall where you sign off that you have checked PowerSchool grades.

I will be requesting mid-year conferences with some of the families, but if I do not request a conference with your family and you would like to check in with me, please let me know and we can schedule a time to meet.

Tomorrow will be our preliminaries for the school spelling bee. The top two fifth graders will move on to the school-wide bee next Wednesday.

This Friday January 27th is BINGO night at St. George starting at 6:00. Hope to see you there!

5th grade has two field trips coming up. On March 8th we will be going (with Ms. Marissa as long as she feels up to it!) to Benaroya Hall to see the Symphony. It is an Arts in Education event and is free for the students! (the only cost will be transportation) However, I need two chaperones. We will be leaving at 11:30 and returning at 1:30. Please let me know if you would like to join us!

Our other field trip is an in-school play about the Klondike Gold Rush on March 22nd.

Reach out and make a difference.
